Some people are unable or unwilling to sign the petition online.  That is OK.  You can print the petition background information to give people to read so they understand more about the purpose of the petition or you can direct them to the homepage of this website.  The second download contains the actual text of the petition and a place to sign.  It is important that people include their full name and complete address to be valid.
