In just 4 days after displaying a banner over I-405 for one hour, more than 1000 people have signed a petition to remove the Express Toll Lanes (ETL) and restore the carpool lanes. Keep sharing this website with friends and coworkers. We need legislators to hear our voice. Toll lanes do NOT reduce congestion or improve safety. It is not what the people want.
