ETP meeting 10/13/2017: WSTC presents Mileage tax, PSRC presents transit plan

This is the ETP meeting today. See what your city council members from the cities on the Eastside from Renton to Kenmore are discussing and learning about. The WSTC presentation on RUC test is at timestamp 0:05:50.  The PSRC presents their Transportation 2040 Update Plan starting at 0:36:30.  An interesting point is made during the Q/A portion of this presentation.  See timestamp 58:04.  The question is “Why are they only including transit-oriented organizations in the working groups in their planning?”  The study is disproportionately focused on transit rather than transportation in its entirety.
