If ST3 had been built for buses instead of trains

If Sound Transit had built out mass transit around true Bus Rapid Transit, it would have cost orders of magnitude less and already be finished. It would also be able to adapt to changing populations and route demands. The I-90 bridge component alone was already fully operational for buses, but the reconstruction is costing BILLIONS of DOLLARS and they still don’t know if it will work. Just money getting thrown away to construction companies.
