Jesse Jones brought in to “fix” WSDOT billing errors on tolls

Yet another example of the incredibly grossly mismanaged tolling system.  Hopefully the bill that is introduced to address this will get made into law to save us from the endless, chronic problems WSDOT and ETCC have will processing the toll bills.
I have heard this problem from many people actually.
