  2. Not at all! I need to get a post to let everyone know. Thanks for the question. In short, a handful of us have been working with the Legislators following up on the budget item we got pushed through that is paying for an independent study on the performance of the highway. The pilot is coming to an end at the end of September. Then we will get to drive this further.
